The festival 'Planet of Love' in the kin's settlement Svetorusye

From July 1 to 5, 2026, in the kin’s settlement “Svetorusye” in the Sverdlovsk Region, time seemed to slow down. The annual summer festival “Planet of Love” once again opened its doors to everyone.

The festival isn’t just a chance to relax in nature – it’s a full-fledged camp for those who want to recharge. Here, everyone could allow themselves to be themselves: walk barefoot on the grass, sing songs around the campfire while hugging new friends, and see the world through the eyes of a pioneer. The atmosphere of the Kupala festival added a special depth to the event, allowing participants to feel a deeper connection with nature and with one another.

The festival program was rich and varied. Each of the five days was filled with learning and creativity. Participants tried their hand at a wide variety of activities, ranging from yoga and dance to in-depth vocal practices.

Shamanic workshops added a special touch, where, to the rhythms of tambourines and drums, people learned to listen to their inner voice. An important part of the process was that the skills learned didn’t just stay “on the drawing board” – at the end of the festival, anyone who wanted to could take the stage and share their creativity, turning the learning experience into a true celebration of self-expression. And for those seeking physical rejuvenation, there was a sauna and massage sessions. The true essence of “Planet of Love” lies not in the big-name artists or the scale of the stage. It is a place where the stage is merely a tool, and what really matters happens in people’s hearts.

A wide variety of people came here, but they all left with a shared sense of fulfillment. Some took home new melodies; others, a long-awaited sense of peace and warmth in their hearts; and still others, genuine friendships that blossomed where they least expected them.

This festival served as a reminder of how important it is to sometimes pause, let go of the unnecessary, and simply find joy in the little things. “Planet of Love” isn’t just an event on the calendar – it’s a state of mind that stays with the participants for a long time to come.
