In today's world, where the hustle and bustle of city life often overshadows true values, there are people who take the bold step of returning to the land, to nature, to their roots. Ivan and Regina Lebedevs are such people. Leaving city life behind, they purchased a hectare of land in an open field and have been working tirelessly for 14 years to create their own corner of paradise.

In 2010, Ivan and Regina found their plot in the Nizhny Novgorod region, in the picturesque kin's settlement Kalinovets, home to many kin's domains. It was then that the name of their future home was born – Lebedushki, an affectionate derivative of their surname. In the spring of 2011, the first steps towards realizing their dream began: planting trees and erecting the first buildings. And since 2013, the couple has been living here all year round, completely immersed in life on the land. Over the years, they have gone through many trials and joys, but one thing has remained unchanged: the invaluable experience that the land gives them.

The Lebedevs' first house served them for 12 years. However, taking into account the mistakes of the past, the couple began building a new frame house, generously sharing each stage of this exciting process on their blog. In addition to her construction concerns, Regina finds time for her creative pursuits: she sews, creates cozy home décor, and makes elegant jewelry.
Their own nursery occupies a special place in the family's life. Ivan and Regina lovingly grow trees and shrubs from seeds, putting a piece of their soul into each plant.

Regina also runs a family blog, where she shares recipes, details about building a new house, and the finer points of gardening. The family blog is not just a diary of their life, but a real treasure trove of information for those who are just thinking about moving to a kin's domain or are already on that path. Regina admits that at one time they themselves lacked open and reliable information, so now they are happy to share their experience, helping others avoid common mistakes.
The Lebedevs' story is not only about creating a kin's domain, but also a profound reminder of how important it is to appreciate what we have. It doesn't matter how big or small your home is, the main thing is that you fill it with love, care, and meaning. Lebedushki is not just a piece of land, it is a dream come true, a symbol of a happy and harmonious life, built with your own hands and filled with meaning.
