The kin's settlement "Svetoruse" is located in the Sverdlovsk region, Kamyshlovsky district. The name means "white, free light of Russia" (by Ozhegov's explanatory dictionary).
We are located east of the Ural Mountains in the Kamyshlovsky district of the Sverdlovsk region. 34 families are now participating in the creation of the Svetoruse settlement. There are 28 families (48 adults and 26 children) permanently living in the settlement and surrounding areas. Of these, members of the Svetoruse settlement are 20 families (38 adults and 19 children). Construction has began on the remaining Domains.
Since 2005 much has been done. We have built "Pier" - a gazebo for meetings, suspension bridge over the river,; Playground. There is a family school and a common house for meetings, celebrations and educational activities with children. Equipped Glade for holidays that hosts major events and holidays. We cleared overgrown brooks and planted trees on the crumbling riverbank and common areas.
Many celebrations and events take place at Svetorusse: thematic games and seminars, rallies of family gatherings, friends and teenagers rallies, fairs, festivals, bard concerts and holidays of the Solar Circle. There are masters of various crafts in our settlement, and they share their skills at various seminars.
What is the settlement striving for? To develop a community of happy, self-fulfilling people, where each person can live in accordance with his/her inner nature, in harmony with surrounding people and with the nature of the earth!
During our life in the settlement, we realized that the main subject in the settlement is people, and the main goal in creating a settlement is to build harmonious relations between people. And the most effective way to build relations is our common cause - the establishment of a settlement.
