The kin's settlements movement has been existing and developing for more than 25 years - a milestone when a new generation learns and passes on the ideas of a way of life in harmony with nature. The kin's domains are growing, families are getting stronger. The social movement is also moving forward, but it develops in an evolutionary way - gradually, organically, like the natural growth of a tree.

But do you remember where it all began? It was once a time of real creative boom. Songs of bards - living images inspired by exploits. Pictures were painted, new kin's settlements were born, enthusiasm ran wild, filling people with light. There was a sense of unprecedented movement, a powerful breakthrough, as if space itself was opening doors, illuminating people with light.

If we want to return to this intense development, then I believe a restart is needed. When we first encountered the dream of a kin's domain, an initial creative surge picked us up like a wave of good fortune and carried us to brighter shores. It was a time of inspiration, a period of childhood - when everything worked out as if by itself, when luck was ahead of us, and the world seemed to open all the doors itself, opening unlimited credit in everything.

But every childhood comes to an end. There comes a time when it is necessary to move forward not on the wave of luck, but meaningfully - relying on knowledge, relying not just on luck and blessings, but on the steady laws of the world. One should not just wait for a tailwind, but take up oars. I propose a universal model of restarting intensive development.

This path is three steps. Three steps that reflect natural laws of development of all systems and processes, as well as verified by the experience of those who follow this path from its very beginnings.

The first step is the creation of a cultural centre. You cannot start the restart with strategies and economy. First - the heart of the kin's settlement, a new impetus for interaction. How can this be realised? Through bardic songs, round dances, campfire talks, games and events.
We already know people who bring culture, instil values. But it's important that the centre that the centre has only one mission: the expansion of consciousness, purity of thought. There's no clarification here, strategies, arguments. Only culture, the joy of co-creation, harmony.

The second stage is the creation of a strategic planning centre. When the cultural centre has laid the foundation, we move on to the second step - At this stage, a separate design institute is created, where the strategy of the settlement is developed. The desires and visions of all project participants are taken into account here. We study how everyone sees the final kin's settlement, based on the sacred meanings actualised in the first stage.
This is not a cultural space or a place for immediate action - this is pure project work. At this stage there is only strategic planning.

The third stage is the formation of the achievement organisation. It is common to start with this stage.
But this is a mistake. This stage is not the start, but realisation. Based on the strategy developed, an organisation is formed whose task is to achieve its goals.

It is a system that makes managerial decisions and puts them into practice. This is where public decisions are implemented and analysed: what succeeded, what did not, what adjustments are needed. This stage includes the organisational management system, administration and coordination, funding and resources. This stage is not about ideas, not about looking for directions, it's about concrete action.

This path is not an abstraction. It is an algorithm. A practice of restarting, of returning to a living process, where creativity, ideas and deep connection between people regain strength.
