«Zvon-Gora» is one of the most developed and famous kin's settlements in Belarus. We have already told you about it. What has happened in the settlement in recent years?
Residents of the settlement continue to actively promote the idea of creating kin’s domains in their country. They organize conferences where they share their experiences. Delegations from other settlements, cities, and countries often come to visit the settlers. For example, in October of this year, a delegation of teachers from Vitebsk came to «Zvon-Gora»: they were given a tour of the domains and a master class. Traditional holidays are celebrated in the settlement on a grand scale: for example, the days of the Solstice and Equinox. On these days, a gastronomic tour in the domains and a fair are usually held, as well as ancient rituals are recreated.

The settlers are also keen on gardening and growing various crops. This year, one of the domains harvested a large harvest of sweet potatoes, a vegetable atypical for these latitudes. To create optimal conditions for sweet potatoes, they are grown in barrels. A record harvest of apples was harvested at the Mishurny’s kin’s domain: there was a fruit weighing 850 grams! The Belyakov family grew a large harvest of onions, the record holder of which was an onion weighing almost 900 grams. And all this — without chemical fertilizers and pesticides!

Children and teenagers of the settlement are actively involved in creativity and science, taking prizes in numerous regional competitions. They are also happy to help their parents with any chores on the domains. From an early age, kids get used to riding a combine while harvesting grain, and when they grow a little older, adults allow them to drive a large machine a little, which invariably causes delight! Every year, children at Zvon Gora independently experiment with growing various southern crops. This year, Rustava Kuhto (she is only 11 years old) managed to get an excellent harvest of various sorts of melons in the greenhouse.
A healthy lifestyle remains one of the main values of the settlers. In 2023, the 13th «Mountain Games» were held here. This is a festival of friendly sports competitions that attracts teams from other settlements. This year, the settlements of kin’s settlements «Rosy», «Vasilkovka», «Ulesye», «Chistoe Nebo» came to «Zvon-Gora», as well as guests from Smolensk, Minsk, Vitebsk, and other cities!
Life in the «Zvon-Gora» settlement means days filled with creativity and beauty, holidays full of bright emotions, harmony, and mutual assistance.
