Roman is convinced that kin's settlements are not villages: most of them are home to people with higher education who have lived in different parts of the world, gained a certain amount of life experience, and ultimately decided to move to the kin's settlement for a conscious, eco-friendly life. Basically, all residents of kin's settlements are held together by one dream — the dream of a happy future for their children in the kin's settlements and the desire to see a beautiful planet, to benefit society, themselves, and future generations. The same goals and dreams brought Roman and his wife to Radosvet.

Roman's wife teaches ballroom and Latin dancing. She runs women's circles where women socialize, discuss life situations and ways to solve them, and simply relax or engage in creative activities. In addition, Roman's wife teaches online courses on Slavic charmer gymnastics. Outwardly, this type of gymnastics is similar to yoga, but there is one mandatory condition: the class must take place without male eyes, as it is exclusively a female practice.

The couple is raising three children. They have a special approach to their upbringing: the parents teach their children to think about their neighbors, about the good of the world, and about their own well-being. The children, especially the eldest son, enjoy watching their parents plant and care for plants, and they also want to contribute to their kin's domain: the children have their own plot of land where they grow plants, monitor them, and care for them. This teaches them responsibility and creativity.

Roman advises families who are already moving or planning to move to a kin's settlement to believe in themselves and their strengths and to remember that nothing is impossible, so there is no need to be afraid of anything. Do not think in terms of profit, business, or other material goods, but think about simple human and natural things, because only then will all doubts disappear.
