According to tradition, any bond consists of two parts, fastened by a knot. The Eternal Love bonded amulet is representation of the ancient legend about the origin of the Siberian River "Ob", which was born out of the love of young Biy and Katun, the khan's daughter:
"... Katun the khan's daughter and Biy the poor shepherd fell in love with each other. The cruel khan found out, and ordered that the lovers be separated. Biy and Katun then decided to flee. They escaped in the mountains, hiding from the khan's servants. The mountains were finally behind them, before them was a plain. The lovers now had nowhere to hide, and the pursuers were so close! … The lovers embraced, bowed down to the ground, and became rivers, joining forever and running ever further as the deep, mighty, Siberian Ob River."
The male and female figures are carved from a sheet of Siberian cedar that has been split into two and joined by a Heart - one heart for two.
THE SOULMATES AMULET
According to ancient tradition, any bond consists of two parts, fastened by a knot. The "Soulmates" bonded amulet is carved from a single piece of cedar that has been split into two. The strength and energy of the male is symbolized by the Sun, the small female figure adorned with a Plant is the symbol of Life. Two lathed cedar beads are two individualities, which blossom in happy union, and on the reverse side of the amulet is a Heart - one heart for two.

The "Siberian cleanse" is very simple and, unlike other cleanses, does not cause stressful situations for the body. Gently and slowly, including the process of cleansing and improvement on the cellular level, a person's chromosomal chain begins to be restored! Such a deep effect is rarely achieved with the use of complicated special homeopathic systems of healing.
When you begin to drink cedar resin extract, your immunity increases, since resin is a most powerful antiseptic. The blood shows an increase in the content of phagocytes, which destroy viruses, parasites, and foreign pathogens. The result is the release of the energy potential that previously protected the life of these bacteria and parasites. All the glands and organs of our body begin to work more intensively and more effectively.
Further, the cells of all the body's tissues begin to regenerate, that is, there is a cleansing of all the old material (residue) that the cells could not get rid of earlier. Over the course of ten days, increase the quantity of cedar resin to 15 grams (1 tablespoon) as follows: during the first three days take 5 grams daily, during the second three days take 10 grams (2 teaspoons) daily, and during the remaining four days take 15 grams each morning 30 minutes before eating.
During the next 10 days, take 1 tablespoon of cedar resin with cedar nut oil in the morning 30 minutes before eating, and 1 tablespoon at lunchtime, 30 minutes before eating. During the following 10 days, take 1 tablespoon of cedar resin with cedar nut oil in the morning 30 minutes before eating, 1 tablespoon at lunchtime, 30 minutes before eating, and 1 tablespoon at suppertime, 30 minutes before eating.
After thirty days, the first half of the course of treatment has been completed. During the next thirty days, take cedar resin with cedar nut oil, reducing the dose. In the first ten days of the second half of the course of treatment, take 2 tablespoons of cedar resin with cedar nut oil per day, 1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 tablespoon at lunchtime. In the next ten days take 1 tablespoon of cedar resin with cedar nut oil in the morning 30 minutes before eating.
During the final ten days, for four days take 1 tablespoon of cedar resin with cedar nut oil in the morning 30 minutes before eating, in the next three days take 2 teaspoons in the morning 30 minutes before eating, and during the final three days take 1 teaspoon in the morning 30 minutes before eating.
In total, the course of treatment is 60 days in duration. The dosage is calculated for a person of average build.
In order to consolidate the results, the course of treatment may be repeated in two months. It is recommended to take the treatment twice a year, in the autumn and spring.

Run a full bath of warm water (38-40C). Add 15-30 grams (2 tablespoons) of cedar resin balsam. Mix it throughout the water, and immerse your divine body into this artificial cedar lake. If you feel a chill, make the water warmer, but do not get carried away -- the bath should be pleasant and comfortable, but not hot. The most important thing is that you should not be cold. If for some reason you cannot take a bath, you can make a bath like this only for your legs. Only in this case, it is essential to make the water cooler, 34-35C. Nothing prevents you from using other salts or herbs together with the cedar resin balsam. This will only intensify the effect.
When preparing a steam bath for the face, add 1 tablespoon of cedar resin balsam to the hot water. Cover your head with a thick towel and take the bath for 5 to 7 minutes. Be sure to close your eyes!
A bath has a wonderful therapeutic effect in insomnia, increased nervous excitability, as well as in skin diseases, abscesses, gout, rheumatism, sciatica, acute respiratory diseases, asthma, and lung diseases. Even after two to three procedures you will feel the effect from the application of the cedar balsam.

The lips are one of the most expressive features of the face. Velvety lips emphasize the uniqueness of a smile and the enigmatic nature of a look. ROASTED CAULIFLOWER WITH CEDAR NUTS, RAISINS, AND CAPER VINAIGRETTE
- 1 head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into 8 wedges
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin cedar nut oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed, drained, and roughly chopped

Transfer cooked cauliflower to a serving plate and spoon dressing on top. Serve immediately.

JASMINE RICE WITH TOASTED CEDAR NUTS AND CHIVES
Buttery, toasty cedar nuts add a hit of richness to your basic rice pilaf.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- salt
- 3 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup cedar nuts
- 2 Tbs. chopped chives
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
Cook the rice according to package directions with a pinch of salt. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the cedar nuts and cook until the butter and nuts are browned, about 3 minutes. Combine with the rice and add the chives and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serves 4.
KALESALAD WITH RED CABBAGE, CARROTS, AND CEDAR NUTS
Ingredients:
For the salad:
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 1/2 cups thinly chopped red cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups grated carrots (about 3 medium carrots)
- 1/4 cup cedar nuts
For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoons cedar nut oil
- 11/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- dash of pepper
Preparation:
Toast cedar nuts in a single layer in a 350 oven for 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully because the cedar nuts burn easily.
Remove kale leaves from the tough stalks and roughly chop kale. Toss with the chopped cabbage and grated carrots.
Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad, tossing together until salad is evenly coated. Top with the toasted cedar nuts. Allow salad to marinate in dressing for 15 minutes or so before serving.
Serves 4-6.
