Return policy
We guarantee that all products we sell are brand new, genuine and free of damage. If an error is made with your order on behalf of www.ringingcedarsofrussia.org, we will correct it at no charge to you, using Express Shipping. Please be 100% certain in your purchase: after the purchase is made all items are non-returnable, all payments are non-refundable. We apologize, but we do not accept returns. Your order is 100% insured (view our insurance policy), and if it is damaged in transit, we will send you a replacement once our insurance claim is satisfied by the Postal Service.

Surcharge
For orders outside the Canada, U.S. Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia we surcharge extra money for the shipping (by PayPal rules it apears as "Tax" on the checkout screen). Check our shipping page for the details on the regional shipping surcharge.
When you receive your parcel you may be charged (or not) a governmental tax depending on your country, www.ringingcedarsofrussia.org does not take any responsibility for that tax (ask your government about the taxes on products purchesed outside your country).
The purchases sent out by the www.ringingcedarsofrussia.org can be marked as "samples" on the shipping lable and on the customer receipt by your request. Most of the governments do not surcharge taxes for items which marked as "samples".
If you have been surcharged by your government, and prefer not to accept that surcharge and send that parcel back to us, please be advised that your payment is not refundable (see our Return Policy).
