The conference is specifically for English-speaking readers of Vladimir Megre's books and will be in the form of written questions and answers. Anyone can ask Vladimir Megre questions on topics of interest. You will be able to ask your questions over a period of a month starting January 24 and finishing February 24. The most popular questions will then be submitted to Vladimir Megre. The interview with Vladimir Megre and his responses to your questions will be published on March 12.

The Ringing Cedars Series was featured on CBC radio in a program aired on November 20, 2005, and was included in CBC Christmas '05 booklist. CBC is Canada's national radio station, and the program - "Cross country checkup" - was devoted to book recommendations.

June 14, 2005 - Presentation at the Agroforestry Conference
Leonid Sharashkin, editor of the Ringing Cedars Series, has presented a paper "Eco-farming and agroforestry for self-reliance: small-scale, sustainable growing practices in Russia", a large part of which is devoted to the Ringing Cedars Series and the impact they have produced in Russia, at the 9th North American Agroforestry Conference, held at the Kahler Grand Hotel in Rochester, Minnesota, on June 12-15, 2005. June 12, 2005 - First coverage in American press
Lynn Israel, a staff writer with The Columbia Tribune daily newspaper, has become the first reporter to tell the American public about The Ringing Cedars Series in his article "Summertime simmers with a wave of talent", which can be read on-line.

June 10, 2005 - Presentation at the Agriculture and Human Values Conference
Leonid Sharashkin, editor of the Ringing Cedars Series, has presented two papers: "The Ringing Cedars: Exploring the values behind Russia's back-to-the-Earth movement" and "The Ringing Cedars: Russia's silent revolution in agriculture, food and human values" - at the Agriculture, Food and Human Values Conference held at Benson Hotel in Portland, Oregon, on June 9-12, 2005. The conference has been attended by 280 academics and professionals from America and beyond.
