Kin's domain of the Pavlov's family

Dina and Oleg Pavlov

The family of Dina and Oleg Pavlov lives on a big kin's domain near the forest. They have a large family — 7 children, including adopted ones. The eldest daughter is now studying at university in the city, and the other children, who are from 1 to 10 years old, live on the domain with parents, spending their childhood surrounded by Nature.

The Pavlov's domain is large and full of life. There is a vegetable garden and fruit garden, and many animals live here: goats, chickens, quails, pheasants, and two white pigeons. “We do what we love,” says Dina, “And we love natural, healthy, and delicious food.” So the Pavlovs' main activity is making cheese from goat's milk. Residents of the surrounding towns are well aware of the products from the kin’s domain and are happy to purchase delicious cheese, milk, yogurt, and cottage cheese. “Our cheese is unique in that it is truly natural, farm-raised, from lovingly raised animals. Our farm is small, the work is mostly manual,” this is how the Pavlovs describe their products.

In addition to vegetables and fruits from the garden, and goat milk products, the family actively uses the gifts of the wild. Since the domain is located right next to the forest, Dina and Oleg collect herbs, berries, and mushrooms here. In the fall, during the mushroom season, they go to collect mushrooms almost every day, then prepare many delicious dishes, and freeze them for the winter.

Dina and Oleg not only run their organic farm, but also constantly improve it and learn new things. They attend master classes, go on excursions to farms in other regions and countries, and take courses in person and online. “Farming is not a business, but a way of life,” explains Dina. The Pavlovs themselves willingly share their experience with beginning farmers. For example, they regularly host “Dinner at the Kin’s Domain”: any person or family can come to visit them, walk around the domain, and have dinner together while enjoying interesting conversations. The Pavlovs are trying to do “everything that can make our World cleaner, our lives more environmentally friendly and conscious, and bring happiness to people.”
