Irina Orda and her husband Dmitry Gurov live in the kin’s domain that is located in the kin’s settlement “Bolshaya Medveditsa”. Irina is a certified psychologist, so after moving to her Land, she had no doubts about what exactly to do. Irina and Dmitry opened a retreat center for women on their kin’s domain. Irina conducts retreats and also conducts educational programs on psychology and astrology, both on the domain and online. Dmitry takes on the organizational work and helps in solving all organizational issues at retreats.

The domain of Irina and Dmitry is fully adapted to receive numerous guests coming for retreats. The area of the domain is 2 hectares. On the green territory, among flowers, shrubs, trees and art objects, there are several buildings:
- the house where Irina and Dmitry live
- a common house with a cafe and a training room
- guest house accommodating up to 15 people
- a workshop where Dmitry works, and there is also a room for yoga and meditation.

Irina is sure that the kin’s domain is the best place for retreats, because in silence, tranquility, and closeness to Nature it is much easier to build a dialogue with your inner voice, hear yourself, think plainly about your desires and dreams. The surrounding Лature is also very important. The kin’s domain of Irina and Dmitry is located in the Ural Mountains, there are several Places of Power nearby - for example, Mount Sugomak, on which Irina likes to meditate alone and in the company of participants in her events. Not far from the domain there is the purest Lake Alalaki with sacred ancient stones. Guests of the domain go on hikes here, and some classes take place here, for example, the creation of traditional Beregin kin’s dolls. “At the retreat, I not only relaxed and gained knowledge on Astrology, but also enjoyed the views.” - says one of the guests of Irina and Dmitry’s kin’s domain.

This kin’s domain is a wonderful example of how creating your own Space of Love opens up new opportunities, gives inspiration and helps you find your way in life. Even before moving to the domain, Irina was a practicing psychologist - her experience in the profession is more than 20 years. However, moving to the Land inspired Irina to share her knowledge and help even more people. Hundreds of women who attended retreats in this kin’s domain were able to undergo a full reboot, relax, and become happy.
