User Agreement

1. Purpose.
1.0. RingingCedarsofRussia.org meets high standards of honesty and offers only the high-quality service that RingingCedarsofRussia.org uses in its everyday practice.
1.1. RingingCedarsofRussia.org provides services in the placing of static and dynamic pages on the Internet (offers Hosting), as well as the ability to send and receive e-mail, and supports all kinds of third-level domains (parking) for specified tasks.
1.2. The service is intended for members of the international Ringing Cedars of Russia movement. RingingCedarsofRussia.org is first and foremost interested in supporting the members of the international Ringing Cedars of Russia movement, and retains the right to refuse to provide services to any juridical or physical person because of a divergence of goals and missions.
In other respects, the placing of your materials on RingingCedarsofRussia.org is unlimited in time on the condition that you observe this Agreement and the condition of the existence of the functional ability to provide services (life expectancy of the project). Registration and placing information on RingingCedarsofRussia.org's servers is free of charge.
1.3. You undertake to observe this Agreement, whose currency is attested by this document. All changes made to the document come into force two days following the publication of the new version. Users who are not aware of the existence of the Agreement are not exempt from liability for their failure to observe it.
1.4. This Agreement does not establish, as between you and RingingCedarsofRussia.org, any agency relationship, partnership relationship, joint-enterprise relationship, personal hiring relationship, or any other relationship, and is also not an agreement of a public tender. The Agreement regulates your activities on the sites of the project in order to provide you with the proper security and to avoid the deactivation of your resources.
1.5. RingingCedarsofRussia.org retains the right to change the Agreement at any time without prior notification to the users.
1.6. All items of this Agreement also apply to our partner websites, which have agreed to provide the outlined service on the basis of this Agreement, in particular Anastasia.ca.

2. Registration and security.
2.1. Having become a member of RingingCedarsofRussia.org, you receive registration information: your login and password. In addition, if you wish, you indicate a secret question and answer (key) that will enable you to recover a lost password. We strongly recommend that you take care of your passwords and keys, and do not allow them to be lost or given to third parties.
2.2 You are fully responsible for the safety of your registration information. On the other hand, RingingCedarsofRussia.org bears no responsibility for any inability on your part to access your own account in the event of a loss of your password. You agree that RingingCedarsofRussia.org has the right to refuse to authenticate you in the event of the simultaneous absence of your password and key.
2.3. Under no circumstances may the administrators of RingingCedarsofRussia.org require you to send your password or key by mail or publish them anywhere on the Web. In all circumstances when you encounter such requests, you are dealing with a forgery, an attempt by criminals to discover your registration information. By this Agreement, you acknowledge that you are acquainted with the possibility of a forgery and are prepared to bear responsibility for the voluntary transmission of your password or key to third parties.

3. Page content.
3.1. You agree that you are responsible for all materials published on your pages. On the other hand, RingingCedarsofRussia.org bears no responsibility for materials published on its pages. An opinion expressed on the pages is not required to coincide with the opinion of RingingCedarsofRussia.org.
3.2. It is prohibited to use pages on RingingCedarsofRussia.org to place information of the following nature:
3.2.1) pornography or erotica in graphic or textual format, the depiction of the naked bodies of any age group;
3.2.2) propaganda promoting hatred and/or discrimination on the basis of racial, ethnic, sexual, religious, or social features, and any other manifestation of intolerance for the opinions and lifestyle of people and their communities;
3.2.3) slander and/or insults directed at third persons and organizations, including the use of obscenities and obscene expressions to achieve the aforementioned result;
3.2.4) harmful programs intended to disrupt, destroy, or limit the operation of any equipment or other programs, serial numbers for commercial programming products and programs for their generation, resources for obtaining unauthorized access to paid resources on the Internet, as well as references to similar information;
3.2.5) items of intellectual property for which copyright has been registered, copies of sites, pages, and individual elements from other projects located on the Net if copying is prohibited by the owners of the original (plagiarism);
3.2.6) materials that contravene international legislation, including materials that call for the commission of illegal activities, explain the method of using explosives, weapons, instruction in the production of harmful programs, etc.
3.3. You undertake to observe standards of Net etiquette with respect to the administration of RingingCedarsofRussia.org, other participants, and your visitors. With this understanding, on RingingCedarsofRussia.org it is forbidden:
3.3.1) to place a site whose main page consists completely of references to other sites;
3.3.2) to place on sites objects (text and binary) that are impossible to access by passing through the references from the main page of the site;
3.3.3) to open floating windows on sites (pop-up and pop-under), whose content is loaded from another site;
3.3.4) to place archives of software, music, and video;
3.3.5) to use methods not permitted on the Net to overload sites: sending advertisements by e-mail (spam), turning the counters of rating systems, placing pages that automatically transfer to another site (cloaking), sleeve traffic, etc.
3.3.6)to reserve internal domain hosting names for later sale or “just in case” (cyber squatting).

4. Resources.
4.1. You agree to use the services of RingingCedarsofRussia.org in their existing form (“as is”). RingingCedarsofRussia.org will not update individual services and will not develop new services to meet your personal requirements.
4.2. RingingCedarsofRussia.org bears no responsibility for the loss of users' pages, any errors or failures in the operation of the system, or possible delays in the transmission of data. RingingCedarsofRussia.org does not make any warranties as to the efficiency of its services. You agree to use the services of RingingCedarsofRussia.org “at your own risk.”
4.3. You acknowledge that, notwithstanding their extent, the resources of RingingCedarsofRussia.org are not unlimited, and offering them on a mass basis requires the introduction of standard restrictions on their use. The restrictions established for various services may change over time depending on the number of members and the available resources of the project. Accepted limitations and degrees of freedom:
4.3.1. The size of a user's site is unlimited, including the size of the site's files, databases, e-mail, and statistics. However, initially 80 megabytes are allotted, and may be increased on request with an explanation of the reasons.
4.3.2. The maximum size of an e-mail is limited by the sizes of your mail box.
4.3.3. The maximum size of one mail box is limited by the size of your site.
4.4. In the event that a user does not use even one of the services of the project for a six-month period, access to the user's account is blocked, and the information from the site is transferred to an archive. If within the period of another six months from the time the account is blocked the user does not resume any activity, the user's account is removed, and the domain is freed for registration.
4.5. RingingCedarsofRussia.org uses the authorization of “higher-level domain” with respect to all domains registered on the RingingCedarsofRussia.org or Anastasia.ca site. You understand and accept that the domains offered to you are the property of RingingCedarsofRussia.org or Anastasia.ca.
4.6. RingingCedarsofRussia.org may suspend the operation of any of its services without prior notice to the users, and may also simultaneously suspend the operation of all services.
4.7. RingingCedarsofRussia.org has the right to block access to the services of the project to any user in the event of the user's violation of this Agreement and also in the event of a receipt of well-founded complaints from visitors.

5. Placing a banner from your site to RingingCedarsofRussia.org.
5.1. The entire service described above is provided free-of-charge at the expense of RingingCedarsofRussia.org. In return, we ask all users of the service provided to place our banner on their site accessible for viewing by visitors.
We shall also consider a proposal for the exchange of references.
5.2. You undertake to place the RingingCedarsofRussia.org banner in a manner accessible for visitors and not to discredit RingingCedarsofRussia.org in the eyes of visitors.
